I’m Brock Grenfell, Head Engineer at John Marshall Media NYC. I originally began my career in commercial music production and am a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and performing artist. I started my journey at JMM five years ago during the initial days of the COVID-19 lockdown as an Audio Editor and QCer, and have since worked on virtually every aspect of our production process. My role is now focused at JMM’s New York Studios, where I ensure top-tier audio quality across our seven-room facility, engineer sessions for audiobook and educational projects, mix children’s songs, craft sound design for Dramatic Audio programs, and lead the training and development of freelance engineers. I am passionate about storytelling through high-quality audio and eager to explore innovations like immersive sound experiences.
